Greenhouse techniques workshops, "Food and agriculture" program

Last April, a workshop on greenhouses and how to grow vegetable was organized in Changma, on the high Tibetan plateau. A local qualified trainer gave his advices to the people in charge of the seven greenhouses built by Norlha since 2008, about soil preparation, watering techniques and seed choice. The training will go on during the summer to reach a growing number of nomads, and help provide fresh and varied vegetables the whole year round.
