To support the Operations Manager, strengthen the operations activities at the headquarters, to ensure the development and implementation of new programs, Norlha is looking for a:

Program Coordinator

Job Description

Analysis of new projects, writing project proposals

Support the Operations Manager

Contact field partners

Research potential donors and analyse their criteria

Participate to research study and data collection (tbc)

Contribute to drafting of guidelines and other operations documents

Provide support for other Operations related activities.

Candidate Profile

Experience in research, development projects, poverty reduction, (voluntary) field projects, ideally in international development

Good knowledge of China and Himalayas, a definite asset

Degree (or ongoing studies) in Development Studies, Asian Studies, International relations or Social and Political Sciences

Fluency and writing skills in English (working language)

Excellent computer, research and inter personal skills

Motivation to invest oneself fully in this opportunity
